The Hudson Valley Initiative sprang from leaders seeking solutions to today's health care challenges. Advances in health care treatments have accelerated rapidly, but health care delivery--how patients interact with providers and receive care--is often uncoordinated, expensive and inefficient.  We want to change all that.
